Reiki is the Japanese word for 'healing' -
to make whole. 'Rei' means 'that which is spiritually guided' and 'Ki' is the 'life force'.
Thus Reiki is the integration of the Universal life force energy within the
physical body. The term Reiki is also applied to a specific method of
healing I teach which is called the Usui System of Natural Healing. It's founder Dr Usui
rediscovered Reiki in Japan at the end of the last century.
Reiki is simple, natural and safe and can be learnt by anyone in a few
days; the ability to use it then lasts a lifetime. |
